In response to new VA Department of Health regulations that went into effect on July 1, 2018 requiring food establishments to have at least one employee with supervisory/management responsibility and the authority to direct/control food preparation and service to be a Certified Food Protection Manager, WSCE is offering a one-day session for ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which will be led by DSLCC’s Culinary Arts Program Head, Ed McArdle

Cost includes book and test/answer sheet
