What causes some nonprofits to fail and others to succeed and serve their clients and community successfully for many years?  Financial sustainability is possible for any nonprofit, as long as board and staff are willing to ask the right questions.  However, non-profit sustainability is also beyond financial and this workshop offers staff and board members the opportunity to explore sustainability as it relates to community impact and financial viability.
