In this four-hour session, you will learn the basics of fly angling, including necessary gear, casting a fly rod, rigging, types of flies, fishing technique, and basic knots.
 
This hands-on workshop is suitable for anglers age 12 and up with or without prior fishing experience. Space is limited to five participants. Rods will be available for student use but bring your own if you have one. Come prepared in comfortable clothing for casting and a hat and sunglasses to keep the flies out of your hair and eyes.
